• Please note that membership dues and conference registration are separate fees.
• Be sure to renew your membership to receive the conference member discount. To receive membership discount you MUST be logged into your membership account BEFORE you register. (membership login located in the upper right corner of the home page) to receive a member discount.
• CANCELLATION FEE Cancellation Fee of $50 if cancelled by October 25th. NO REFUNDS after October 25th will be given due to incurred costs by Colorado Art Education Association. NO REFUNDS for inclement weather or sickness due to costs incurred by CAEA. Contact caeaart@gmail.com to cancel.
• If you need ADA Accommodations, they MUST be requested at least 90 days in advance of the conference. We are a small volunteer run 501c3 and need 90 days lead time to accommodate your needs.
