Before You Register Please renew your CAEA membership to receive the member conference discount.To receive membership or presenter discounts, you must be logged into your account before registering. The membership login is located in the upper-right corner of the home page. Membership dues and conference registration are separate fees. Cancellation PolicyRegistration may be canceled until September 11, 2026, and a $75 cancellation fee per registration will be assessed. After September 11, 2026, no refunds will be issued. Please note that canceling your CAEA conference registration does not cancel your hotel reservation or other travel arrangements. CAEA is unable to refund registration fees due to inclement weather or communicable diseases. • If you need ADA Accommodations, they MUST be requested at least 90 days in advance of the conference. We are a small volunteer run 501c3 and need 90 days lead time to accommodate your needs.
