· President-Elect submits ballot and bios to President for electronic election
· President-Elect creates Google Drive Election form and sends to membership before conference
· President-Elect ensure that all members who have been nominated for an elected position have submitted all the proper
documents including biography and heads shot· Fall Collage published

· CAEA Elections will run the week of Conference. Election results will be tallied and announced at the Conference Wrap-Up
meeting. 2020 will be Divisional for the 2021-2023 term; 2021 will be Regional and Executive for the 2022-2024 term
· Board ratifies election slate presented by president-elect
· Payments to Collage Editor, Copy Editor, and Layout Design
· YAM flag competition physical works due at conference by 4:00, teachers take home ALL physical work Saturday afternoon
· Executive Council judges YAM submissions at conference Friday 4:30 (overall flag winner, HS level winner, MS level winner,
ELEM level winner, 10 additional works for NAEA), YAM coordinator photographs ALL works and supports jurors, notates winners· President-elect contact nominees and get bios for the ballot
· President-elect works to gain nominees for all open positions with help from executive board and representative council members
· YAM: Request State Capitol Site, request gubernatorial proclamation, find out new YAM theme from CFAE, update flag competition details, update all website information
· Pay for yearly Breckenridge Storage contract
